Case Study 1: The Kitchen Terminal

The Kitchen Terminal is a commercial kitchen network serving Southern California, providing food entrepreneurs and culinary businesses with access to clean, professional, and fully equipped kitchen spaces. The goal of this project was to strengthen brand awareness, increase membership inquiries, and build a supportive community that empowers clients to grow and scale their food businesses.

My role involves rebuilding the social media strategy from the ground up, developing a cohesive brand voice, and creating content that highlights both the facility and the entrepreneurs behind it. Through content capture, editing, and community outreach, I work to drive engagement, support current members, and position the kitchens as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Establish a professional, approachable voice that positions the kitchen as both a credible workspace and a supportive community. We focus on positivity, entrepreneurship, and forward movement for all of our members.

Showcasing Members & Building Community:

Highlight entrepreneurs and their businesses to foster community while demonstrating the value of the space and the sense of community that comes with a shared kitchen commissary.

Creating Content that Drives Interest:

Capture and produce high quality photo and video content that showcases the kitchens and attracts potential members who envision themselves growing their business.

Managing Social Presence & Increasing Visibility:

Lead all content planning, creation, and posting to maintain a consistent, engaging presence in Los Angeles, Camarillo, and San Luis Obispo. The focus is on creating genuine relationships with others online, not just selling.

Manage inbound messages and connect potential clients with ownership to support membership growth.
